Walkthrough

Hey guys! We meet again with the walkthrough devlog, in case you want to reach some of the other endings that the ones you got and don't know how! But before that, I'd like to thank everyone for the attention this game got: sure, it's not my most downloaded or played yet, but... in such a short amount of time, I've never had a game receive a similar welcome so... thank you so much guys!

I celebrated the game reaching different milestones by posting different things regarding future projects on Twitter, but since most my audience comes from itch anyway, I'll post them here (but don't worry, after the walkthrough in case you're not interested, haha!).

So, regarding the game, there are three endings: a good one, a neutral one and a bad one. To give general hints:
GOOD ENDING: Be nice to Peter all along, and remember he needs time to understand some things, especially when it comes to socialisation; avoid implicit or sarcasm, give him space when needed.
NEUTRAL ENDING: Be less enthusiastic and instead colder towards Peter, but at some point in game, he needs you: you have to help him out in this specific situation.
BAD ENDING: Do not help him when he needs you.

Hopefully, this helps! If not, and you need a more detailed account, please, find a detailed walkthrough here. Once again, these walkthroughs are the optimised ways to get the ending you want, but not the only ones, of course!

GOOD ENDING:
- He's cute.
- Wave back.
- Help Peter.
- I don't like Fizzy Bears.
- I like corn dogs.
- Tell him what's on your mind.
- "You don't have to."
- "I would love going with you."
- "I'd love to."
- "You'll show me around the woods."

NEUTRAL ENDING:
- Not my type.
- Ignore him.
- Help Peter.
- I'm not interested.
- "There's nothing."
- "It would help me."
- "I don't mind going with you."
- "Sure."
- "You might be my next victim."

BAD ENDING: The two first choices do not matter for this ending. For the third choice, pick the option: "Ignore the situation", instead of "Help Peter". This will lead you to the bad ending.

Tadah, you've got it all now! For now, let me share you what I shared (I won't share one concept art from Margarêve, my dream project, as it is quite dark and gore; find it on my twitter if interested).

Peter offering you a corn-dog... what would he do to see you smile...

A fun fact about Peter: he was my most difficult character to write up-to-date! And if you're here, I suppose you played the game, so spoilers: this is indeed because I wanted to portray his autism in a respectful and sensitive manner. So I asked a lot of autistic friends of mine to be sensitivity readers and they all approved him! So, hurray, a win's a win!

Dolly is the protagonist of a anti-otome game I'm working on named Eve's Bite. Her game is more meant to be 16+, so you can already tell it's going to be very different in tone from When The Wind Blew You Away, but to give a few words: vampires (one of them being a disco vampire in particular), some sort of isekai, toxic relationships, reflections about female empowerment in fiction.

Peony is the protagonist of my Yaoi Jam and SuNoFes project, so the one directly following When The Wind Blew You Away: Peony and the Mask of Emerald. So, basically, you play as this young man who's deeply in love with his childhood friend, Prince Emerald... but alas! The man he's longing for is already promised to another, and not any other: to Peony's sister! But in the end... who is this wedding really for? The game is meant to be 13+.

I didn't have time to make something, so a thirst trap of Peony I guess???

This time, an actual otome! It's 13+, but a very sad story, but from all the project presented here, I think it's the closest in tone to When The Wind Blew You Away, but expect something much sadder! So, without revealing much, it involves time travel and two love interests, one of them being Yale, the protag's childhood friend (yes, if you didn't guess it from When The Wind Blew You AwayI have a thing for the childhood friend trope...)

Another concept art for My Stardust Lover, Arcturus! He is the "stardust lover" mentioned in the title, and the protag's boyfriend when the game starts... Kind of at least, but spoilers.

Of, and for a bonus: I started the colour-wheel challenge and drew Peter as Tim Goodman, in his new design. Take a look:

(oh, and you didn't hear it from me, but the next one might be Amanda as Stella from Winx Club)

See you in a future devlog about the characters!
